We stake the layout to your grade and HOA setbacks, excavate, and tie the rebar cage. Then we plumb the skimmer, main drain, and returns, shoot the shell, and bond it to an 8 AWG copper grid per NEC 680.26. After cure we set waterline tile and coping, pour the deck, apply the interior finish, and handle startup.
